This tape is widely used in power systems, industrial equipment and building construction and other fields, mainly used for wire and cable packaging, pipe sealing and other occasions requiring high strength bonding.
Preparation work:
Ensure that the surface of the coated object is clean, dry and free of contaminants such as grease to improve the bonding effect.
Cut the high pressure rubber self-adhesive tape of appropriate length according to the actual demand.
Winding process:
Secure one end of the tape to the object to be wrapped and begin wrapping it tightly in one direction, each loop covering about 50% of the width of the previous loop, ensuring an even distribution of pressure.
During the entire winding process, maintain a moderate tension, neither too tight to avoid damage to the wrapped material, nor too loose to affect the bonding effect.
End processing:
After wrapping, gently press the surface of the tape with your hand so that it is in full contact with the wrapped object and compacts the edge part.
If you need multiple layers of winding, you can continue to add a second layer on the basis of the first layer, again following the above steps.
