Processing technology of PVC calendering film
For different membranes or products, different processing technologies can be used. Under certain conditions of membrane types, properties and various additives, the influence of processing technology on membrane performance is very significant. The processing technology of PVC calendering membrane is as follows:(1) injection molding: for the thermoplastic film, the film particles are heated and melted in the injection molding machine, and injected into the mold with high pressure and speed.(2) extrusion molding: through the extrusion function of the extruder, the heated and melted film is extruded into profiles of different shapes through different passes.(3) spraying process: spraying plastic film on metal, non-metal plate and fiber mesh; (4) molding: for thermosetting film, putting plastic powder, sheet and granular raw materials into the mold for heating and softening, forming under pressure, so as to produce chemical crosslinking and curing:(5) lamination molding: after the thermosetting resin is dipped into the layered reinforcement material, it is processed into rotten laminated plate, and then it is pressurized and heated by the laminating machine at the beginning to make it solidified and formed. (6) pouring molding: pour the liquid film on the mold, make it solidify and cool under normal pressure or low pressure to form:(7) foaming molding: a large number of tiny spherical bubbles can be introduced into the plastic by mechanical means or chemical method, so as to form a foam film with small volume density, good heat preservation and good sound absorption performance.The physical and mechanical properties of PVC calendered film are as follows:
(1) specific strength. Membrane products have higher specific strength than other materials, so they are the first choice materials in building decoration, daily use, aerospace and other projects.(2) isolation. The conductivity of membrane products is smaller than that of metal or rock, that is to say, the capability of heat conduction, electric conduction and wave conduction is smaller, so its thermal conductivity is smaller (1 / 500-1 / 600 of metal), electrical insulation, vibration reduction and sound absorption are better:(3) availability. The decorative usability of membrane products is good: first, the color of plastic products is gorgeous and rich, the surface is smooth and glossy, the product pattern is clear, the straight and straight curve bars are square and regular, the curve is soft and beautiful; second, the plastic products can be sawed, nailed, drilled, planed, welded and glued, the decoration and installation are fast and convenient, the thermoplastic products can also be bent and reshaped, and the decoration and construction quality is easy to guarantee. In addition, plastic products are resistant to acid, alkali, salt and water erosion, chemical stability is good, beautiful and durable. Non foaming products are easy to clean and paint.(4) thermal performance. Compared with other building decoration materials, material processing products have unique thermal deformation properties.
