Today, I would like to share how LIANTU fosters mutual growth and a win-win partnership with its clients.
With the outbreak of the conflict between the United States and Iran, the cost of our raw materials skyrocketed, and shipping operations were plagued by numerous unforeseen complications.
LIANTU has a client in Klang whose shipment was held in transit for 23 days due to the war, incurring substantial costs. Consequently, when the cargo finally arrived at the destination port and the client went to take delivery, the shipping carrier levied additional charges totaling as much as $2,590.48 USD.

While this sum might not be substantial for a large corporation, it represented a heavy financial burden for our client-a company still in its early stages of development. While we actively engaged with our shipping agents to expedite the release of the cargo and minimize further costs, LIANTU's senior management held internal discussions regarding this specific expense. Upholding our core principle of prioritizing our clients' best interests, we decided to share the financial burden with our client by contributing $1,500 USD toward these charges. Although this figure may seem modest, for a newly developing client, it served as a vital form of support-effectively mitigating their increased operational costs and empowering them to better leverage their competitive pricing advantages within the market.

We all detest war; it not only claims human lives but also disrupts the lives of countless people.
While we may feel insignificant in the face of war, when it comes to the impact on our clients, Liantu stands as a responsible company; we are committed to growing alongside our clients and weathering this difficult period together.
