1.Construction method of new construction of steel structure roof
(1) According to the metal plate type or the gap and joint width of the joint, and according to the engineering design requirements, select the specifications and sizes.

(3) Start with one end of the metal plate, slowly open the double-sided tape, and stick the sealing tape to the lap joint of the lower metal plate in a straight line along the seam, and then press the tape lightly by hand to make it firmly bonded to the metal.
(4) Tear off the release paper on the butyl rubber tape, press the metal plate on the upper layer of the interface into the joint, and squeeze the joint in sequence after bonding, so that the joint is firmly bonded and tightly closed.
2. Construction method of roof gutters
(1) After installing the prefabricated gutters, clean the cement surface above the gutters and apply the base treatment agent.
(2) After the base treatment agent is suspected to be solid, install the flashing board to ensure that the installation is firm and tightly combined with the wall.
(3) Wipe the flashing board clean, and paste the single-sided aluminum foil butyl rubber tape at the joint between the flashing board and the cement wall, and press them in sequence to make it firmly bonded;
If 80mm wide single-sided aluminum foil butyl rubber tape is used, the flashing plate can be omitted.
3. Construction method of roof leak repair project
(1) Clean the peeled and delaminated parts of the roof.
(2) Wipe clean the oil stains, moss and other magazines that affect the adhesion of the repaired part.
(3) Choose single-sided aluminum foil butyl rubber tapes of different specifications according to the joint conditions of the leak;
(4) Directly cover the joint with single-sided aluminum foil butyl rubber tape;
(5) Roll the repaired parts in sequence after bonding, so that the single-sided aluminum foil butyl rubber tape is firmly bonded at the seam.
